How to Use Bynder: The Fundamentals 

Every day the Port of San Diego works together to enrich the relationship people and businesses have with the dynamic waterfront of San Diego Bay. Within our asset management system, Bynder, you are invited to explore and revisit these moments. Here is a short overview of how to use Bynder successfully. 

Navigating Bynder 

First, you’ll notice the Bynder navigation menu and search bar. Within the navigation menu, you can browse Assets for a full, unfiltered selection of all Port of San Diego images and Collections for any image or gallery collections that have been shared, received, and published for you. To navigate back to the homepage, simply click the Port of San Diego logo.  

Finding & Downloading Images with Bynder Search 

Looking for a specific image or gallery? Enter a few words into the search box and select the magnifying glass icon. The matching results should populate. Click on the image you need.   

After clicking, you will be directed to an image detail page which will offer you a look at the image’s technical information including the date published, who it was added by, whether it is part of a sub-brand, and more. Scroll down within this menu and click the size and filetype you need.
